We do not have many vehicles, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Don’t forget that you will need an eligible license for Japan to rent a car. We are a small, family-run business, not a large-scale operation like Hertz. Therefore, all vehicles must be booked in advance.
Please be aware that there are no English-speaking staff at the rental location. For this reason, we kindly ask that you do not phone the garage or visit without prior arrangement, as they will not be able to assist you. All inquiries are handled in English via our booking form or email.
We are now accepting pre-season bookings for Winter 2024/2025, with a minimum rental period of 4 days. For rentals shorter than 4 days, we ask that you contact us after the season starts on December 1, 2024.
Lastly, please note that we do not offer shuttle services from the garage. We recommend arranging your own transportation for onward travel or returning to your accommodation after dropping off your rental vehicle.
